External reference didn't show up after reload Autocad 2017

I have a main drawing that Xref to other drawing, when i opened the main drawing, the message showed"one or more reference files could not be located or read. what do you want to do? so i clicked on UPDATE THE LOCATION OF THE REF files, after it was opened the screen was blank, i click reloaded the Xref but nothing show up, how can i solve the issue, the xref file is not being moved from original location

i don't want to detach the file yet because if i have to start from sketch i might put in the wrong datum point.

never mind, i found this solution, on the Xref manager, at the bottom on detail, i clicked the file path and reload from there, everything appear now.
