miroslav_s Posted April 6, 2018 Posted April 6, 2018 I am trying to draw a simple 4 wall object but one wall needs to be shorter in height then the other 3. The wall I have chosen is a Concrete 200 with 200x400 concrete footing (mm). First I draw all 4 walls equal in high http://prntscr.com/j1rh4b Then I choose the wall I want it to be shorter in height and go to properties and change the height. http://prntscr.com/j1rhq6 When I do that I get this bad finishing on two walls that are connected to the modified wall http://prntscr.com/j1rki2 I dont want those two walls to stick out the way they do. I want then to go straight up http://prntscr.com/j1rm1e Can someone explain to me how to correct this problem. Thanks in advance for all the help and info. Miro Quote
Bob658 Posted July 13, 2018 Posted July 13, 2018 I don't know if you are still looking for an answer to this as it's been a couple of months but i suspect you have extended the length of the side walls past the shortened wall and relied on your cleanup radii to tidy up the junctions. To get it to look like you want make the baseline on the shortened wall is to the outside face. Then tidy up the walls so that all the end points coincide with the cleanup radii set to 0. Quote
