different thickness on the same slab

1 way (yes it's time consuming) draw the bottom horizontal base line. Then draw the vertical lines on each end the height you want. Then draw the top horizontal line. Bingo big on one end smaller on the other.

I was more thinking about slabs in Autocad Architecture....so thank you but NO that was not the answer I was hoping for. Your solution dont help at all.
