Need help, how do I draw this gasket

Can someone please help me create this gasket I've been on this example for over an hour now and i'm having no luck. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It's pretty self-explanatory but the one thing I'd add as far as a hint goes is the CIRCLE command with the Tan-Tan-Radius option. I'm assuming you know the difference between a radius and a diameter. Oh, and don't forget the MIRROR command.
