How do you fix grainy rendeing?

I'm trying to render a flat screen tv. For the screen I used material glass, cast, gray. Any suggestions for a better material? See sample render and settings attached. The reflection of the whiteboard has these little blue speckles.

I'm not seeing anything attached.

 

What software are you using? Your profile shows AutoCAD 2011, but you posted in the Revit Architecture Forum.
