Applying bulking and shrinking factors to balance grading.

Good Afternoon CAD folk,

 

I am wondering if perhaps i am missing something somewhere in Civil3D's settings to input my clients bulking and shrinking factors so that when it blances my grading it just takes care of all that for me.

 

Currently i am using the volume analysis tab and using the cut factor and fill factor to math it out for me and then i just go into the grading volume tools and adjust up and down as needed?

 

Is there another place such as ambient settings or in the site properties that i might be missing that i can input these values?
