Blurry text and diagonal lines

Dear CADers,

 

I have a problem with plotting my drawing. The diagonal lines and the text appears very blurry. The file attached below.

 

I have tried reading the forums, and tried a few things but I am not proficient in AutoCAD and am afraid of messing it up.
