Dim Extension Lines not Plotting

Whats up everybody!

 

I have a weird problem that I cannot figure out.

 

Some of my dimension extension lines and leaders are not plotting, but are showing up in the print preview and PDF's.

 

Seems to only be a problem when plotting 11x17.

 

I've attached proof!

Export to PDF then print the PDF?

It turned out to be an issue with the printer itself.
