Dynamic Blocks | Lookup Parameter | Remove Custom Option

I have created a dynamic block for CMU, and it works great except for one thing. Please see image below, and the attached dwg file containing the block.

 

 

Goal:

Remove the 'Custom' option from the Lookup drop-down.

I saved and uploaded it as 2013. I'm sorry, I deleted the file last night. I can't re-do right now. Just follow the instructions I posted. It's apple pie simple. Make a play around copy of your drawing if you don't already have one, and give it a go with that.
