i need help turning this object into a solid

ReMark, FYI, the drawing which I downloaded and opened was in the annoying new duplicate thread, post#1.

I just realized we might be talking apples & oranges here.

After about 10 days of work in the last 4 months, I worked until 5:00 a.m. this morning, and couldn't muster the requisite enthusiasm to wade into it today.

Yep! The two 3D solid models are mine. I uploaded those yesterday.

It goes by the name Corner, may be a repeat of one from earlier in this thread, maybe not, you'll know.

I noticed some of the 3D Polylines were out of plumb, although that model did not seem to have those same issues.

 

Which would explain why they did not exhibit the undesirable behavior!

Check out the image below. The object shown in red is what I call the "mystery corner". I'm not sure where it goes or how it is supposed to function. The OP can't explain it either even though it is his drawing. The object shown in magenta is a polyline profile one of the 29 objects comprising the corner. The 28 objects shown in green are all 3D polylines. Somehow or other the OP would like to turn all 29 objects into a 3D solid. I'm curious as to how many separate models he expected to end up with. One? Or is the corner a series of individual pieces that should remain as separate 3D models?

 

OK...wild guess here. It's two parts with one sliding into the other. How right/wrong am I?

OK. Here is what I came up with. I call it "Corner Confusion". 4-in-1 views. Two pieces both are solids.

 

Oops. I think I need to notch one of the back corners on the large square. Oh well.....
