Loading only the modified xref

Need a lisp routine that only loads a modified xref. Have tried searching on various forums, however, none of them seem to do reload a modified xref. I have one that loads all xrefs but some of the xrefs are turned off for a particular purpose and/or not required in drawing.

 

Any assist would be greatly appreciated.
