e-transmit command on LT

Having wearied problem e-transmitting a projectמ on LT.

 

Executing the e-transmit command, the hierarchy tree is blank,

Pressing OK start running the process, but freezes

Cancelling the transmit command and then trying to save yell error "DBX CAS 4"

 

It happens regardless of the LT version

In the Full vanilla AutoCAD its behave normally
