Disfunctional copy/paste in autocad 2016

 

I think is related with the operating systema windows 8.1 spanish version. autocad 2016 is english version.

 

When I copy paste inside or outside the autocad drawing is a graphic, not a portion of the drawing.

I have also tried with the last version of DraftSight 2017 64 bit in spanish and also happen.

 

Do you know how to solve this ?
