hi

im new to revit,

i draw a wall, than i draw a column attached to it.

when they are connected, they somehow merges into one,

in the attached image you can see the same geometry, on the right what happened when they are apart, and on the left what happen when i connect them.

what is this?

There are two types of columns in Revit and they behave differently: Architectural and Structural Columns. Architectural columns will merge with walls, and structural columns won't. See example here:

Hope this helps. :)

when im tring to add Structural Columns revit say that they are not loaded. how can i load them?

At the time of the alert, there should be a Yes/No option to load them. But you can load Families at any time from the ribbon under Insert > Load Family. You can also Drag/Drop Families in from Windows Explorer. The default installation directory of Families are usually found here:

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT <YYYY>\Libraries\US Imperialmperial

Also, have you thought about picking up a book for the basics? These few questions you have had are the absolute bare fundamentals. A read through a good basics book would get you humming along in no time.
