Method to apply radius to a flat part

Will someone here point out a method to apply a radius to the flat part shown in my attachment, similar to the shaped part? The radius is 2.6". I have never used the flex tool, would that be a possibility?

Flex will work but you Could Sweep it, male it from sheet metal or a few other methods. I would use sheet metal most likely but don't know what 2007 had. Sweep is my next option.

I know how to use the sweep feature, however that had to be employed from the start, I need to bend this part now that it is all pierced and formed.

I don't know if sheet metal will put on the radius with the flange on it, I'm going to have to look into the flex tool. I suppose.
