asperotti415 Posted September 23, 2016 Posted September 23, 2016 Hi, I can't seem to pan or zoom, and the viewport is NOT locked. Please help. I keep having to delete the viewports and start over. Easy fix but time consuming when I have to recreate a dozen layouts. Thank you! Quote
rkent Posted September 23, 2016 Posted September 23, 2016 You will have to post a drawing exhibiting that problem. You may not be able to attach a file yet in here, leave in a drop box somewhere and post the link. Quote
Dana W Posted September 24, 2016 Posted September 24, 2016 If its a large drawing file size wise, it could simply be an overwhelmed video processor issue. Did you try the REGEN command when this occurs? Quote
Dadgad Posted September 24, 2016 Posted September 24, 2016 Welcome to CADTutor! This will sound like a strange question, I know, but how did you get INTO the viewport? How many viewports are there in the layout? What is your current VPMAX system variable setting? Quote
halam Posted September 24, 2016 Posted September 24, 2016 Two viewport on top of each other? audit, purge, copy to new file Quote
Dadgad Posted September 25, 2016 Posted September 25, 2016 (edited) Two viewport on top of each other?audit, purge, copy to new file That is a good hypothesis, and always confusing when it happens. Try selecting the viewport (or viewports) with a crossing window, and look in properties or quick properties, to see what is really there. Meaning, how many viewports. Or you could turn on Selection Cycling to see if there is something hidden. Edited September 25, 2016 by Dadgad Quote
