getting tanhp autolisp to draw tangent to a arc of circle

Hi there, could you help me please ?

i need to draw tangent to the arc of circle, passing by the mid-point of the base of each slice of my dram, to determine the angle between the surface from the horizontal.

One way of doing it is to drow the normal(passing by the center of the circle from the needed point) and then draw the tangent, perpendicular to the norma at that pointl. But this approach becomes cumbersome while i've to draw many circle and slice.

 

i've head about tanhp autolisp that could help me perfom this quickly.

Don't see any tangent lines in that image. What's a dram? Not sure exactly what you're doing. Are you drawing from a known point to a tangent point on the curve or both perpendicular to a line and tangent to a curve? Do you have code started we could debug for you?
