Convert polyline-circle to circle

Is there a reason these are not true circles (as in perfectly round)?

Since the geometry is not perfectly circular, you could approximate it with an ellipse which could be created using my 5-Point Ellipse function.

i have no idea how to use any of the script files.

What are being offered aren't script files (.scr), but lisp files (.lsp).

 

On Lee's excellent website, he explains how to use both, in basic terms.
