reza Posted August 6, 2016 Posted August 6, 2016 Hi when i select object by picking and then enter command: move or copy or .... my selection object is not acceptable. Quote
Dadgad Posted August 6, 2016 Posted August 6, 2016 (edited) What is the Tools.lisp? Might it reset those system variables, so that it is behaving in that way? Your settings for PICKFIRST and PICKADD, appear to be such that you shouldn't be having that problem, unless maybe the lisp is messing with them. Try it again, and if you have the same result, then enter SYSVDLG at the commandline, and scroll to those two system variables, and check to see what your current settings are for both of them. reza Posted August 6, 2016 Author Posted August 6, 2016 hi dadgad tools.lsp is simply code I always use it TOOLS.LSP Quote
Dadgad Posted August 6, 2016 Posted August 6, 2016 Did you give it another try, and use SYSVDLG to check your settings, if it didn't work? Quote
Dadgad Posted August 6, 2016 Posted August 6, 2016 Make sure that the layer isn't locked. How are you selecting, it says AUTO in your commandline history? Try selecting by using a crossing window. Quote
reza Posted August 6, 2016 Author Posted August 6, 2016 I picking on one polyline object and layer "0" is not lock Quote

Dadgad Posted August 7, 2016 Posted August 7, 2016 Reza, thanks for posting what you learned. That is a system variable which I had never heard of, and it is not shown in the SYSVDLG function, interesting. I thought maybe it was only in the vertical products, as you use Civil 3D, but when I entered it at the commandline, the response came back that it was currently set to 0 on my software. Anyway, glad you were able to get it sorted out, and get yourself back onthe tracks. Here is some good information from rkmcswain http://cadpanacea.com/wp/?p=995 Quote
