Path Array With Dynamic Item #

Trying to work out how to do a path array where the number of items in each row incrementally get smaller

 

 

I want to fill a circle like I have shown in the example image but this is incredibly tedious to do. If you do a simple path array with rows then eventually the items overlap.

 

 

Is this possible?
