horizontal conduit with elbow to vertical - but I want to offset the vertical

So I've got a horizontal run of 4" PVC, that transitions vertical. But I need to offset the vertical about 20"... so Revit wants to do the offset after the elbow up. Isn't there a way to have that elbow up rotate to the side to be part of the first 45 degree offset fitting?

Make sense?
