How do I get rid of this menu bar

This thing stays in the way of my Windows options, ie minimize, restore down, as well as my options from UltraMon for multiple screen options. How do I get rid of it, I have never used it.

After you download it and run it, you will regain all of that space, and Autocad will stop calling home, ad nauseum.
