Appearaance of Dimensions in Layout Tab (Paperspace or Model Space)

Hello. For some reason my dimensioning does not appear in my existing layout tabs (paper or model) that I have already created.

 

 

However, if I created a new layout tab the dimensions do appear. I am confused as to why I can not see the dimensions in the layout tabs that were previously created.

 

 

The dimensions are visible in the model tab

 

 

I would appreciate any help in this matter.

Are you using annotative dimensions?
