Can't disable annoying tooltips

Hi all,

 

Although I have unchecked the setting in OPTIONS dialog box as below:

I still get annoying tooltips when I want to select a folder for instance:

Is there anyway that I could get rid of them completely?

That is a Windows thing. You'll have to change it in Control Panel somewhere.
