How to lofting 2 regions object shape which one I created both of them ?

How to lofting 2 regions object which one this shape have created by me before and want to lofting become one object shape?

 

Or if there is another way such as; Extrude>> taper>> User defined>> define a height. Which would be used of this case only.

Well AutoCAD didn't seem to like that upper shape so I exploded the regions only to discover it was a spline so I converted it to a polyline via the SPLINEDIT command then did my loft. If you create regions out of the two polylines you'll end up with a slightly different end result.

Wow.. It's work!.. @ReMark thank you so much you are so helpful and Is it same way if I want to "extrude" the spline object with the "taper" methode leading to zero I mean really-really taper, where this spline have created from my picture above that I drawn?
