When I view my drawing in my view port it looks fine, also, when I do a print preview it looks fine. The problem is that when I actually print it the print is offset and it gets cut off about 2/3 of the way across the paper.

You are printing from a layout is that correct?

Can you provide us with an image of the Plot dialog box so we can view what settings you have chosen?

I think it may have something to do with the fact you have specified Tabloid 11x17 as the paper size. Is there an option for Ledger size paper?

Is there another printer/copier in your company that utilizes 11x17 paper you can send the print to in order to compare results?

Your paperspace view is not showing the printable area (dashed line rectangle) You MUST know where it is, otherwise the viewport may be outside of it.

I notice that you have your plot offset set to 0,0.

What is the setting on your Options > Plot & publish tab for the offset relationship? See the red rectangle in the attached image.

The combination of your printable area not showing, and a conflict in the offset settings may be causing your issue.

I will try the ledger setting if there is that option. This just recently started happening and it is really confusing to me. The setting that I attached above have been the same setting I have used for about 5 years.

Well something has changed. I'd look at what Dana has said above then.

No ledger option. Okay, I will continue to try and figure this out. If I do I will repost what I had to do. Thank you both for your assistance.

It looks like a landscape vs portrait issue.

In the plot dialog pick Properties next to the printer/plotter name, pick custom properties. Go the the Features tab and make sure Actual Size is picked. Maybe while you are there go to Paper/Quality tab and make sure those choices are set properly.

My $0.05c

I notice that you have your plot offset set to 0,0.
check your lower left is 0,0

Your layout window is a true 17x11 as you have scale set to 1:1 what happens with FIT as a test.

See this when people move the title block and our autoplots then dont work.

I have a named and saved page set up in our template, and used as the default page set up in Batch Plot/Publish. I don't have to deal with this any more.

i have had this happen to me. I fixed it by using window instead of layout for the plot area: what to plot. This may not work for you considering your print preview comes out correctly but just another thought.
