cat3appr Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 (edited) hi All, I need to scale the attached dwg so that when plotting at 2, the text will be readable, and as they are now, they are too small. Question: i need to scale only along the height, I can make the entire box and texts "taller" but i cant make it larger, i mean wider lenght. How would you do this in a quick way? The texts are blocks so i can change the height within the properties, and then I thought about making each horizontal box twice as big. The picture attached describes what I'm trying to do... I'm offsetting each line box by a distance equal to its height so it gets twice as ticker. The problem is that every time I need to pick up all the texts and change the height in properties, trial and error, and see how they look like. I wonder if there is some sort of automatism? any input is welcome thanks! boxes.dwg Edited April 13, 2016 by cat3appr Quote
SLW210 Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Move the lines up like you want them, to resize all of the blocks at once select them all (Use Window, QSelect, Select Similar, etc.), Right-Click Properties in the Geometry section set the scale as you like. Quote
