Found this image online. Easy enough to trace over. Not exactly a hatch pattern though.

i recently had to look for something similar. I found some good starting images looking at .svg and .dxf files that people use with scrap booking cutters. something like http://www.misskatecuttables.com/ there are some good vector images out there already. You do have to be careful of copyright though. Im not sure what the licensing (if any) is needed for larger scale use of these things.

Get a good image and either trace it and fill with a hatch or you can sometimes get good results using Illustrator or Inkscape to trace it, then export to .dwg.
