lisp to change the dynamic block rotation angle

im little new to lisp. i have created created blocks with rotation parameter, i placed these blocks at the coordinate with rotation using line command script txt. now i have to swap the rotation value to angle, angle value to rotation...please help me to swap this values using lisp for multiple blocks having different rotation...
