TJKawaguchi
I have a rectangular device tag with polylines as wires. I want to rotate the wires, but since the device is rectangular, I end up with spaces at 90 and 180 degrees. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ReMark
Couldn't you solve the problem using visibility states?
Dadgad
Couldn't you solve the problem using visibility states? That certainly sounds like one way to go.
steven-g
A visibility action is probably the easiest, but you can also do it using a rotation linked to a point parameter, and then controled by a lookup. Motion Detector(1).dwg
ayethzerothree
how about using polar stretch. I think this is the easiest way
TJKawaguchi
Polar stretch with a distance list was the answer. Device Block with Poly Rotation.dwg
TJKawaguchi
The DWG above works. But, now I need to recreate it with MText instead of an attribute and I can't remember how I did it.
