Dash Dot Linetypes irregular

Hey,

i have a dashdot linetype in my plot, but due to several curves in the pline it plots the spaces/gaps between the dots and lines irrregular (see attached image). how can i change this to a more regular appearance? (acad 2016)

Select the polyline.

In Properties, change Linetype Generation to Enabled.

 

 

To turn this setting on as a default for polylines created in the future, set PLINEGEN = 1

hey rkmcswain,

thanks for your help, but this did workin an test drawing, but not in my existing one. could it be that this doesnt work, if the dash-dot style is assigned by a color dependant plot style?

EDIT: okay i found out, you have to turn the dropdown "Adaptive" to "Off" - now it works.
