Does anyone have a good idea on how to make a family that would be Concrete Encased around the conduit underground?

 

I am looking to make one that would allow me to click on the pipe and then encase it with a family around the size of the concrete encasement I need.

You can supplement a ductbank by using either HVAC Duct or you can even try Cable Tray. There is no electrical "ductbank" category though.
