All of a sudden every line (including dimensions & leaders) is a dashed line type. I have checked everything I know to check. All names in layers are set to 'continuous' but when applied to the drawing, they are dashed (scale = 1). Never had this happen before. Any help/comments are welcomed. Thanks, Van

Sounds like someone overrode the "ByLayer" setting.

Is this happening in Paper Space only or in both MS and PS?

Are these new lines or did the existing lines go dashed too. If it is new lines look in the red box on the below image, and click line type back to By Layer. CELTYPE = "ByLayer".

Oops Murph covered this already.

Thanks for your assistance. This morning when I opened the drawing again, it is not doing it! I recently updated to Windows 10 and have been experiencing software problems/glitches and I'm now relatively sure that is the culprit here. Although I have ACAD 2015, I'm more comfortable/familiar with my 09 & 12 versions. The drawing I'm working on was originally drawn in 09 so that is what I used to work on it. Again thanks and if I experience further problems, I'll post them here, Van

I tried running my 2009 version on Windows 8.1 and that combined with my on board graphics card made it completely unworkable. Mleader text appearing to be separated, blocks not showing at all, even the Windows control buttons on the program window were completely non functional. I gave up on it and moved on to a lease for 2015. I still use 2009 on my old Dell XPS 17" laptop with Win 7, no issues.
