Revise grid equivalent of revise ladder. Does it exist?

Hi,

 

I create X-Y grids and after I make changes I want them to revise on the grids. Is this possible?

Edit: Also, I notice after creating the grids the labels act like text objects rather than 'special' objects.

You define your grid in the properties of the project, the properties are propagated to the new drawings when you insert them or via the compare properties tool. If you want to change your grid sizes you can edit it in the project and apply the properties to all respective drawings rather then doing it manually.

 

utilizing commands like:

aeupdatesigref

aeupdatesxref

aexref

 

will update the annotations on the drawings respective to your new grid configurations.
