NYC_Eng
After 3 hours I'm throwing in the flag, I tried to figure this one out but it's snowballed into a hellish experience. I have a drawing with multiple viewports. - I can double click on these viewports and alter them [scale, pan..etc] - There is no border around the viewport so I can not delete or right click it I have a viewport layer which is on, not frozen, and unlocked. I tried to match the problem viewports to an mview port with no success. I need to alter the size/location of these viewports. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you! ReMark
Can you attach a copy of the drawing to your next post?
rkent
Easier to recreate those. Usually they come from another software package like Bentley/MicroStation and you can't do anything with them.

Recreate the viewports needed and save yourself from purchasing a new monitor.

djleon
I had the same issue. Not sure why I didn't think to check layers. Thank you!
ReMark
Thank you very much.. I had someone put the file together but I need to get a better understanding of layers. In regards to what? I think the problem here was someone neglected to place some of the viewports on the vport layer they specifically created. By the way, I'd recommend that that vport layer be set to "no print". Don't you just hate it when you've printed a drawing only to find out the viewports are visible?
