Does anyone know a way or has a LISP where you could connect dynamic block parameter with an excel table?

 

I know there is a way to insert a block at x,y,z coordinates (found a LISP for that some time ago, message me if you need it).

 

I would like to add the parameter in that LISP where I could control the size(distance, rotation...) of the parameter.
