Different linetypes

Well I'm interested, how can I make a line with 2 different linetypes.

 

Example attached. I need more than half line - continuous, and a part of it (less than half) with a little gaps (red).

Can't be one (p)line. 2 separate plines or 5 separate lines.

hey here i hope it may help you.....

 

the black one use polyline and then type again in the command line polyline to draw the red one...

 

may i know where do you live? asia? usa? europe?

Consider using BREAK command.

... you can have these both unless consider it to be a block.

Consider using BREAK command.

 

The BREAK command, or icon if the toolbar is up, works all the time.

Then change the properties of the hidden line(s), hidden and color red if so inclined.

break command would be used. u can't have different linetype for single line. So, better break it into two and then change the other's properties. simple..
