'Fatal Error During Installation' when when opening autocad

I have a new autocad user in our office, I'm trying to get her off the dime by using an existing computer that already has another user(not in the office). When I try to launch Autocad LT from her user profile I get the error 'fatal error during installation'. Anyone know what's happening here? I've tried restarting and repairing.

So this is a network version of LT?

I did not think you can get a network version of LT but has the LT been installed on a server but still as standalone ? Also check the desktop icon properties and make sure its Start up is pointing to correct location.
