I have a folder of very basic car wireframes, if you would like them please ask and i will e-mail them to you. They are not hugely detailed but at least they look like cars!

The link that Stykface provided is still valid, and there are many CAD dwg models there. You didn't specify any particular type of car, so what else do you need? Just follow the link.

Did you google ? I remember that Autodesk Autoturn had some great 3d cars and trucks. Ask someone who has a copy.
