The Double Precision Floating Point operation (FLOP) used in computer modeling (AutoCAD, Solidworks, Excel, etc.) are generally accepted to be accurate to 15 significant digits. Those MASSPROP values you posted "Moments of inertia: X: 2.081E+17", for instance, would probably suffer some rounding errors.

 

I can't say with certainty, but it is not hard to imagine that those errors may interfere with some validation AutoCAD tries to perform on a newly created/modified solid.
