Nayfb Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 Hi Guys, Hope you're all well! Not sure where this should go looking at the board, and this seemed the most appropriate of places. Just a quickie... In a Windows Explorer window it is possible to display a preview of whichever file you currently have selected. This seems to work great for me unless the file i am wanting to preview is a DXF. Does anybody know if/how this is possible? Any answer with reliability to the question appreciated, Thanks all Quote
SLW210 Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 I do not believe DXF creates any thumbnail views which is what would give you the preview in Windows Explorer. Quote

I have a colleague whose PC displays the preview window and thumbnails. Im running Windows OS 8.1 him 7... Cant find any differences with general windows settings. Thanks for your reply. Quote
SLW210 Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 Can you post a DXF that has a preview on his computer? Quote
