issue with warning symbol for profile curves

Hello,

I am having issues with the warning symbol for profile curves. A few end users want it to display as a continuous linetype, which is default i believe. Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Phil

Ours is continuous probably some deep buried layer setting. We turn them off just knowing that an alignment is in some cases not true tangential so check and fix.

Go to the display tab under your alignment style. Warning symbol is all the way on the bottom. You should be able to set the layer/linetype so that the symbol will display continuous.

Edit: Oops, didn't realize you were talking about profiles, not alignments. Oh well, same thing. Just go to the display tab of the profile style and warning symbol is all the way at the bottom.

If that doesn't work, see my signature below for instructions. :P

Click on the text/shape in the Profile.

Right click - edit labels

select the type of label Style that you need to change (such as "Grade breaks")

then select "edit current selection"

Under "Component name"

change it to "Marker"

then look at the bottom of that list and you will see

Linetype - change it to continuous.

Hope that helps!

Thank you for your time, instruction and assistance but this does not apply to the issue I am having with the warning symbol.
