sandiegophil Posted December 30, 2014 Posted December 30, 2014 Hello, I am having issues with the warning symbol for profile curves. A few end users want it to display as a continuous linetype, which is default i believe. Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Phil Quote
BIGAL Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 Ours is continuous probably some deep buried layer setting. We turn them off just knowing that an alignment is in some cases not true tangential so check and fix. Quote
adrath Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Go to the display tab under your alignment style. Warning symbol is all the way on the bottom. You should be able to set the layer/linetype so that the symbol will display continuous. Edit: Oops, didn't realize you were talking about profiles, not alignments. Oh well, same thing. Just go to the display tab of the profile style and warning symbol is all the way at the bottom. If that doesn't work, see my signature below for instructions. Quote
sandiegophil Posted January 13, 2015 Author Posted January 13, 2015 thanks for taking time to reply. although I am still not completely successful your help is much appreciated. Quote
JerryG Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 Click on the text/shape in the Profile. Right click - edit labels select the type of label Style that you need to change (such as "Grade breaks") then select "edit current selection" Under "Component name" change it to "Marker" then look at the bottom of that list and you will see Linetype - change it to continuous. Hope that helps! Quote
sandiegophil Posted January 22, 2015 Author Posted January 22, 2015 JerryG, Thank you for your time, instruction and assistance but this does not apply to the issue I am having with the warning symbol. regards, Phil Quote
