bababarghi Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Imagine the magenta vertical line is a poly-line with a preset global width assigned to it already. Is it possible to achieve what is depicted in following screenshots? From this: To this? Quote
Tharwat Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 I don't think that it is possible but you can manipulate with that shape by having a solid hatch with the same width of your desired polyline . Quote
BIGAL Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Agree with Tharwat angel ends not supported. We have a lisp that does it but it is a repeating pattern to give dashed line effect and it uses "Solid" to make the objects it is a pain though if you have to edit the "Line" because its individual bits. Basicly we rarely use it because of this problem. A lisp will do it sure some one will have one. Manualy parallel lines and do hatch. Quote
bababarghi Posted November 24, 2014 Author Posted November 24, 2014 Tnx guys. I was thinking about these workarounds as well. Just wondering perhaps there is something that I not aware of. Hopefully someone will add this tweak to AutoCAD's wishlist. Quote
