large flow arrows for presentation

i am trying to do some large flow arrows in revit, heating and ventilation flow, large arrow flowing through windows, flow arrows flowing through ventilation ducts

this is a presentation i am trying to do, how do i go about this.

i have done this in cad using large flowing arrows of air flow around a building section, how can i do this in revit

do you do this in the model, or can you do this on the sheet, is way of copying and pasting the arrows from cad to the revit sheet.

You can just create a 2D Detail Component and place them as you please.

Revit has a pretty good selection of 2D drafting tools.
