Tahir Qayyum Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 I have some dynamic blocks in an old file. I am trying to use the same blocks in another file with some modifications. But when i try to edit it in block, it still remains the same. Can anybody guide how this is possible or what command I should instead of Bedit? Quote
ReMark Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 It still remains the same? Meaning what exactly? Attach one of the dynamic blocks, as a DWG file, to your next post and give us an example of one thing you would like to change about it. Someone here will take a look at it. Quote
Tahir Qayyum Posted October 26, 2014 Author Posted October 26, 2014 In this attachment, I have a block. I want to erase the text that says 7/100 % and change the color of red line. But when i open it in block editor, the whole block is still intact as unit. Quote
steven-g Posted October 26, 2014 Posted October 26, 2014 It could be a nested block, it would be much easier if you could post the block. Quote
SLW210 Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 Are you selecting to save changes when exiting the Block Editor? As mentioned, post the troublesome block and end all doubts. Quote
RobDraw Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 If it's an attribute, it needs to be synced. ATTSYNC Quote
SLW210 Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 That wouldn't have any affect on the red line, though. Quote
