Keyshot problem

Hello,

Any one here have experience with Keyshot rendering software? How much memory should a machine have for using it? I have a problem in that when I

attempt to import an assembly, say five parts, from Solidworks, I will only import half of them.

Any input would be appreciated.

Looks like you meet the minimum specs.

 

Could the problem lie with the geometry?
