Euga
Hello Can someone explain me the difference between two AutoCAD commands: purge and -purge, all, *,n. Thanks
rkent
purge will give you the dialog box, -purge will show at the command line. -purge will show you extra things that can be purged but they are not included in the 'all' option. BlackBox
Don't forget to purge those registry applications (regapps).
ReMark
One of the recommended procedures I've seen to clean out a drawing files goes like this. Run Overkill to remove overlapping and duplicate lines. Run -Purge...purging Regapps first. Repeat -Purge but this time do a purge > All. Run the Audit command. Say "yes" to fixing errors. Zoom extents. Save. Repeat the entire procedure. Done.
