wilson j Posted December 11, 2008 Posted December 11, 2008 I want to fillet two perpendicular lines with a radius that is larger than one of the lines is in length. It keeps displaying *invalid*. Is there any other way of doing this task? will Quote
BOB'27T Posted December 11, 2008 Posted December 11, 2008 Try using the CIRCLE command. When prompted use tan>tan>radius. Just trim off the excess lines afterward. Quote
Raggi_Thor Posted December 11, 2008 Posted December 11, 2008 In AutoCAD (2005), start the Fillet command, enter your Radius and change the Mode to NoTrim: Command: f FILLET Current settings: Mode = TRIM, Radius = 999 Select first object or [Polyline/Radius/Trim/mUltiple]: r Specify fillet radius : Specify second point: Select first object or [Polyline/Radius/Trim/mUltiple]: Select second object: Radius is too large *Invalid* Command: FILLET Current settings: Mode = TRIM, Radius = 999 Select first object or [Polyline/Radius/Trim/mUltiple]: t Enter Trim mode option [Trim/No trim] : N Select first object or [Polyline/Radius/Trim/mUltiple]: Select second object: (OK, NO problem) Quote
