hoky Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 Hello there, I'm using Auto CAD 2013. When i draft on large drawings with a lot of objects sometimes is hard for me to pick/track points automatically. I'm wondering if it's possible to shift between AUTOMATIC and MANUAL point acquisition while drawing without entering options (temporary disable automatic acquisition)? is there a shortcut? Thank you in advance... Quote
Dadgad Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 Welcome to CADTutor. You should try turning on SELECTION CYCLING, (CTRL+W) it will help you distinguish between objects which are on top of one another, or close together. If you right click on the icon in the status bar or in Drafting Settings you can select default behavior. It can be either static or cursor following, I prefer being able to see the list display. hoky Posted September 13, 2014 Author Posted September 13, 2014 Thank you for your quick response . Do you know if it's possible to somehow maintain acquired track points when you zoom in or out? Quote
