PaulS00 Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Hello, So we recently purchased a new plotter, the HP Designjet T3500, and I've come across a strange problem. I created a .pc3 file on our server with the "(Current)" suffix, which everyone knows to use when plotting CAD drawings. Everyone's CAD is pathed to this file. This .pc3 also has it's own .pmp file assigned to it. Both files are "read only" to prevent people from overwriting them. Well, I created a new 18 x 26 sheet size and added it to the sheet list. On everyone's computer except for 2 people, this is what you get. When you select the 18x26 sheet, you can see that in the little black box, the dimensions say "18x26." Perfect. Well, on the 2 rogue computers, it says 30x48 in the black box and there are "oversize" sheets listed in the sheet size pulldown menu, which are not in the "correct" .pc3. I am at my witts end. Thoughts? Thanks Quote
Dana W Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 There are two different plot styles selected, which might not have anything to do with it, but anyway... How about checking or updating the plotter driver version on those two computers. Quote
RobDraw Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 My guess is that the plotter drivers or driver settings are different. Quote
